  • Move your shoulders back and down, ten times.
  • Squeeze the blades on your shoulder together, ten times as well.
  • Push your head back into your hands or car headrest and hold on for 30 seconds.
  • Bring your ear to the side of your shoulder ten times.

If your neck is bothering you, you always need to pay attention to your sleeping positions. Only sleep on your side or back—never sleep on your stomach. When you sleep on your back, sometimes for hours at a time, you end up turning your head one way or the other. Sleeping on your stomach also impacts your lower back, and your belly sinks into your bed if you don’t have enough help.
